Hi, I’m Paige.
I became a therapist because I believe in the power of honest, compassionate connection. I’ve always been drawn to the stories people carry—how we make sense of where we’ve been and begin to imagine where we might go. My own journey with therapy started when I was younger, and those early experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of how transformative it can be to have someone in your corner: someone who listens without judgment, reflects your strengths back to you, and helps you find meaning in it all.
My work is deeply relational and intuitive, rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel truly seen. Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, identity exploration, family dynamics, or simply the messiness of being human, I’m here to sit with you in it.
My style is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and always centered around you. I take a holistic approach that weaves together somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed practices, tailored to who you are and what you need in the moment. I work with individuals and families across a wide range of identities and lived experiences. I hold particular space for those whose trauma made them feel they had to perform, shrink, or disappear in order to belong.
Therapy isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about gently coming home to who you are—with honesty, compassion, and support. If that resonates, I’d love to connect.
