Hi,

I’m RJ (she/her).

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people and the ways our experiences, relationships, and environments shape how we come to know ourselves. Many of us move through life carrying more than we realize, adapting, holding things together, or repeating patterns that feel familiar but no longer fully fit. Therapy can be a space to slow down, get curious, and begin to understand what’s underneath.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I aim to create a steady, supportive space where you can show up as you are without pressure or judgment. I value honesty and presence, and I work at a pace that honors where you are while supporting meaningful change over time.

I work with people navigating relationships, self-worth and confidence, body image, ADHD-related overwhelm, and life transitions. I’m especially interested in how outside expectations, whether from family, culture, or relationships, shape how we see ourselves and what we believe we are allowed to want. Much of my work centers on helping clients reconnect with their own voice and build self-trust so they can move toward choices that feel more aligned.

Along the way, I’ll help you build tools to manage difficult emotions while we gently explore the deeper patterns underneath them.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or in a season of change, therapy can be a place to return to yourself and move forward with more clarity and intention. I would be honored to support you in that process.
